Active with the Writers Guild of America since 2012, Jonathan Keasey is a screenwriter and producer with experience at motion picture studios such as Warner Bros., Fox, Sony, Columbia, and Paramount. Among his current series in development are Sony’s Gamergate and The Wavez. Jonathan Keasey also has the film The 12th Man in development with Sky Dance and the film Wings of Freedom in development with Good Hero and Studio Canal in France.
As a writer with The Barracks Thief since 2024, Jonathan Keasey has worked on an adaptation of Thomas Wolff’s celebrated novella, which earned a National Medal of the Arts. He engaged as a parallel writer and producer from 2019 to 2024 and created a sci-fi thriller that Amazon Prime now streams. He was additionally a writer and producer of Tow, a Tribeca Film Festival headline production.
Jonathan Keasey’s engagements include a role as screenwriting masterclass writer with Trinity College, Dublin. He taught screenwriting at Seattle University from 2017 to 2022 and has served as executive director of the Inmates Screenwriting Initiative of The Film School.
